TAG Photography
Terms of Use
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms apply to your use of tagphotographywpg.com (the “site”), operated by TAG Photography, the photography practice of Teri Moore in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. By using the site you agree to them. They do not form a contract for photography services — any session is covered by a separate booking agreement.
Content and copyright
All photographs, text, graphics and design on this site are the property of TAG Photography / Teri Moore and are protected by copyright. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, reproduce, republish, sell or use any photograph or other content from the site — including for AI training or dataset creation — without our prior written permission.
Clients receive a separate personal print release with their gallery that sets out what they may do with their own images.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the site in any way that is unlawful, attempts to interfere with its operation or security, scrapes it at a scale that burdens the server, or misrepresents your affiliation with us.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a booking. A session is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you in writing and any required deposit has been received.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the information on the site current and correct, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Session details, availability and pricing can change. We may modify or take down parts of the site at any time.
External links
The site links to third-party sites such as Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TAG Photography is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
